Please order a pram from our website.

Once received please unbox the stroller in a clean and safe area to avoid any damages to the wheels and frame. Kindly ensure that no visible signs of damage or usage occur. (A carpeted floor is recommended)

If the stroller does not meet your expectations, please email us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. An authorized Customer Services Officer shall then contact you and guide you through the return process upon verifying your request.

Please repack the stroller precisely as it was originally packed. You can easily refer to our YouTube video that demonstrates the disassembling and repacking procedure. (Insert Link)

Print and attach the return label to the box and leave it at your doorstep for pickup.

Leave the rest to us! Your refund will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.
