Shipping Charges: Free shipping for orders over 200 NZD, otherwise 15NZD.
Please note– Once the order is purchased through the website, user can not amend or cancel the order. Please note return postage must be paid by the customers for rejected claims when returning and re shipping to the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
You will be given a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery range between 2 to 9 business days from the purchase date. Time frame of your delivery will be confirmed via email after your purchase.
You can also contact the service team through email@example.com to confirm the delivery date once your purchase is made.
Lost Items During Delivery
The customer must notify the service team through firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of dispatch, for any claims or disputes regarding the delivery, including but not limited to lost, damaged or incorrect items. Baccani will not be liable for any claims or disputes that are reported after 30 days of the dispatch.
