• Please open the box in a clean safe area to avoid any damages to the wheels and frame. (carpet floor Is preferred). Please ensure no signs of use or damage occur.
• If this is not what you after please email us [email protected] to initiate your return. One of our customer service officer will authorize and guide you step by step.
• Please repack the stroller/chair in the original condition exactly the same way it was packed. (Please refer to our YouTube video on how to disassemble and repack)
• Print and attach the return label to the box and leave it for pickup at your door.
• Leave the rest to us and your refund will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified via email when we process your refund.
